film

Comedy
  • The Three Scrooges gives the classic Dickensian tale, “A Christmas Carol,” a naughty twist by splitting the Scrooge character into three friends; all with their own addiction to food, alcohol and cigarettes.
  • Santa Inc. comically explores what happens when the North Pole goes bankrupt after a millennium of gift giving. It seems that the only way to save Christmas is with venture capital investment, corporate sponsorship, and to eventually take Christmas public with an IPO. With predicable results, Christmas looses it’s originally spirit, and Santa Clause must rely on his senior elf to take Christmas back for the people.
Suspense/Thriller/Mystery
  • Suddenly. A small town family’s excitement at the news of the American President’s unexpected visit turns to terror when assassins invade their home.
  • The Rules of War is a court room drama in which a military lawyer prosecuting a soldier for the murder of a wounded Taliban prisoner faces similar life and death decisions in her personal life.
  • Coffeecake & Caviar is a suspense-driven psychological thriller that builds to surprise, when Velma reveals a dark secret to her new colleague from work.
  • A psychological/supernatural thriller, Kingdom of Love is the story of Edgar, a work-from-home IT support specialist who (after a disastrous attempt at online dating) falls in love with a mysterious woman he meets by chance. Or, is it by design?
  • One world. Once shared. Conundrum is a fictional story about a non-fictional future: the next world war; corporations and nations waging war over the world’s resources.
Action/Adventure
  • “Titus” is a ‘near future-based’ modern-language adaptation of “The Lamentable Tragedy of Titus Andronicus” by William Shakespeare. In this updated version taking place in ‘New Rome,’ organized crime already run legitimate business, and now prepare to overtake the city’s political system. Titus’ software company, Andronicus Inc, competes against a rival start up called GothiSoft Ltd. for a lucrative government contract. Old habits die hard, so it’s not long before the competition turns brutal and bloody; and in a world where gun control limits ownership and possession to the government, attack and revenge are meted out at the end of a blade.
  • Pistol Whipped tells the story of George ‘Machine Gun” Kelly, and ‘truth’ behind his success (and eventual failure); his domineering and ambitious wife, Kathryn.
  • The Promise tells the story of Samantha, a US Army Military Police Officer, who promises to rescue her dead friend’s daughter from her fundamentalist husband living with the Taliban on the Pakistan/Afghanistan border.
Animated
  • Goin’ South. A broken wing lands an eccentric Canadian Goose, with a knack for inventions, in a wildlife rehabilitation centre; where he must find a way for his gaggle to fly south before the start of hunting season.
television

  • A dark, location-based 1/2 hour sitcom, Family Values follows a New York Italian-American family stuck in the FBI witness relocation program; but in Vancouver, Canada. Like fish out of water, the family’s ’in your face’ New York style clashes with kindly Canadians, resulting in hilarious, and sometimes poignant moments.
  • Euro Squad is a one hour police drama that follows three FBI agents sent to teach investigative techniques at the Central European Police Academy in Budapest, Hungary. Each week, they travel to help one of their students solve cases in their home country that used to be behind the Iron Curtain (Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, etc.).
  • Human Resources is a location-based 1/2 hour sitcom that follows two thirty-something roommates as they struggle with their careers, families, friends and very desperate love lives.
  • The Retirement Show is a weekly, hour-long news and talk show designed to help people plan, and make the most of their retirement years.
new media

  • Breaking the boundaries of traditional media distribution, “Better Than Chocolat” is a 22 episode x 5’ web series with numerous ‘trans-media’ deployments.
