about bDmp

black DRAGON moving pictures, inc. (bDmp) has been formed by a team with an unparalleled background; combining creative achievements and considerable business success.

Zoltán Barabás, Producer
In the film & TV industry since 1993, Zoltán has been a producer on four feature films, and Executive Produced the Hungarian version of the Tonight Show. For more details see his
IMDB entry. Zoltán also flexes his creative muscle as a screenwriter/story editor, and as a part-time actor. A former Naval Officer, Zoltán also has considerable business experience as senior management in the high tech and Internet industries, including several European start-ups.

Zoltán is responsible for managing bDmp projects from development, through to completion and distribution.

Roy Woodbridge, Development Executive/Producer
Roy Woodbridge is a published author, and pursuing a new career as a film and TV writer/producer. He has run an international business consulting practice, been a national spokesperson for Canada’s mining and advanced technology industries, managed Canada’s development assistance program in East Africa and served on many boards and national advisory bodies (see
www.roywoodbridge.com).

Roy is responsible for coordinating the development of bDmp projects, story editing and writing on some individual projects (conundrum, the rules of war, and the retirement show).

Samantha Reimer, Development Partner/Associate Producer
Samantha has worked in radio as an on-air personality. In addition to “spinning” Classic-Rock and Hot Adult Contemporary, she also played the role of emcee/station ambassador. As well, she voiced numerous commercials, and challenged her improv skills on a regular basis. Before entering the world of radio, Samantha was an ACTRA member in Vancouver for about six years; auditioning, training, and finding work in several short films and independent features, as well as some “not-so-independent” projects. Various comedic sketches, voiceover projects and industrial videos have kept her out of trouble (and off the streets). Please check out her website at www.samanthareimer.com. And, in an attempt to build up the online profile (as well as spread some “viral joy”), Samantha has been creating and marketing her mini web-series, “L’il Lucy.” She sings as well (she’s not half bad).

Samantha is responsible for creating, writing and developing content for several television and film projects.

Os Davis, Writer/Story Editor
In nearly 20 years of professional writing, Os has received awards for theatre writing, radio drama writing, sports writing and journalism; has had poetry and short stories published; co-produced and co-wrote a feature-length film; and has produced/directed full-length theatre pieces and short films. He has also served as arts editor, managing editor and/or editor-in-chief at the Budapest Week, Budapest Business Journal, and (Albuquerque, N.M.) Weekly Alibi newspapers. Os has an MFA degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of New Mexico.

Primarily, Os is responsible for creating, writing and developing screenplays, teleplays and public relations content for bDmp projects. Os also provides story-editing services on secondary projects.
